The Problem
Manual inventory tracking works, until it doesn't. Paper sheets and spreadsheets get out of sync the moment more than one person is updating stock at the same time. It replaced a process that was working "well enough" with one that just works — consistently, and without anyone needing to remember where something was last seen.
